FITTING the cover on the rim:

• Remove unnecessary wheel covers and clean the outside of the wheel
• Place the steel expansion ring in the slotted area under the valve and press it into the clamping tab seats.
• Place the end cap on the rim so that the valve location in the end cap lines up with the valve on the rim.
• Place the cap on the lower part of the rim, support it with your knee, press the upper two clamps with your fingers from the top to the bottom of the cap, and at the same time push the wheel towards the inside of the rim.
• Tighten the entire circumference of the edge.
