Information about products:
MK LED is working hard to keep prices and all information on web page correct, but can’t guarantee 100% of correctness of all displayed information. In some exceptional cases, deviation of real information and displayed information could happen. If product that is for some reason not available, ordered via Checkout process, MK LED will contact customer and suggest him alternatives or cancel the order if customer decides so. All photographs on Web page don’t always have to mach products that are displayed and are in some cases displayed for information purposes.

Warranty (Guarantee) for products

Guarantee for EK Lighting xenon kits:
EK Lighting guarantees that all Xenon HID kits are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 6 months or maximum 15.000 km is applicable (only for non commercial use).

Guarantee for EK Lighting & BT-AUTO LED Headlight kits:
EK Lighting guarantees that all LED bulbs & LED Headlight kits are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 6-12 months or maximum 10-15.000 km is applicable (only for non commercial use).

Guarantee for MCETek LED Headlight kits:
MCETek guarantees that all MCETek LED bulbs & LED Headlight kits are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 12 months or maximum 15.000 km is applicable (only for non commercial use).

Guarantee for Yeaky xenon bulbs:
Yeaky guarantees that all xenon bulbs are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 6 months or maximum 15.000 km is applicable (only for non commercial use).

Guarantee for EK Lighting spare xenon bulbs, xenon HID ballasts & HSUN C1 LED Headlights kits:
EK Lighting guarantees that all spare xenon bulbs & xenon HID ballasts are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 3 months or maximum 10.000 km is applicable (only for non commercial use).

Guarantee for Osram products:
All Osram Products that have listed guarantee period on original packages are applicable to international Osram guarantee stated on official Osram web page. For all other products that don’t have listed guarantee period on the package, there is no guarantee period.

Guarantee for Neolux products:
All Philips Products that have listed guarantee period on original packages are applicable to international Philips guarantee. For all other products that don’t have listed guarantee period on the package, there is no guarantee period.

Guarantee for Philips products:
All Philips Products that have listed guarantee period on original packages or in the product description are applicable to international Philips guarantee. For all other products that don’t have listed guarantee period on the package or in the product description, there is no guarantee period.

Guarantee for AMiO products:
All AMiO Products that have listed guarantee period in the product description are applicable to international AMiO guarantee of 2 years (for example tire inflators), or 6 to 24 months and maximum of 10.000, 15.000km to 30.000 km if the product is installed in a vehicle (for example xenon or LED lamps). The warranty does not apply to all halogen bulbs, xenon HID bulbs unless purchased complete with HID ballast, replacement xenon ballasts for factory xenon headlights, fuses, cables, phone mounts without electronics and similar consumables, unless the warranty period is indicated on the packaging itself.

Guarantee for M-TECH products:
All M-TECH Products that have listed guarantee period on original packages or in the product description are applicable to international M-TECH guarantee. For all other products that don’t have listed guarantee period on the package, there is no guarantee period.

Guarantee for Tungsram products:
All Philips Products that have listed guarantee period on original packages are applicable to international Tungsram guarantee. For all other products that don’t have listed guarantee period on the package, there is no guarantee period.

Important notice for all guarantees above:

  • Guarantee is valid only for vehicles which are used for non commercial use and don’t exceed mileage of 15.000 km per year. If products has a warranty period of 3 years, that means that maximum allowed mileage is 45.000km.
  • After product installation, customer should take a photo of odometer with overall kilometers and take o photo of vehicle with operating product (licence plate should be completely visible). All required data (vehicle type, licence plate number, mileage) should be writen by customer on warranty document that will be given to customer and afterwards scanned/photographed in order to send it back to seller.

Guarantee for RING products:
All RING Automotive products that have listed guarantee period on original packages are applicable to international 1 year RING guarantee.

Guarantee for Xiaomi products:
Guarantee for all mobile devices is 24 months, and for all other products 12 months, except for electric scooter batteries which lasts 6 months from the day of purchase. To make guarantee claim process easier, we enabled Pickup & Return service.

Guarantee for other products:
MK LED guarantees that all other products are tested and working properly, and that guarantee period of 30 days is applicable (except if  mentioned in last parahraphs). Following products don’t have guarantee – all halogen bulbs without guarantee period marked on package, OEM xenon ballasts, LED modules for OEM LED headlamps, and all resistors without connector such as H7, H11 etc.

Returns and replacements

Returns for products with guarantee?
In case of product reclamation, customer should return the product to MK LED at his own cost. Product should be returner in original package with bill and guarantee papers. After product inspection and conclusion that reclamation is legitimate, customer will get new similar or spare product.

Reclamations for faulty or incomplete products:
Every product that is claimed as faulty or incomplete in period of 14 days after package was received will be replaced as soon as possible. For every reclamation original receipt should be enclosed. Reclamations should be sent on email info@mk-led.hr.

Product replacements for online purchases:
Replacement of products that are incorrectly ordered is possible within 14 days after the day the goods have been received. Replacements are not possible for special/custom products ordered for customer, products that were specially ordered from suppliers which are usually not in stock, products that are unsealed upon receipt. Customer has to pay shipping return costs and shipping cost for newly sent replacement item. Replacement of products that are incorrectly ordered is possible only for customers within EU.

Product returns for online purchases:
Return of non faulty and correctly operating products is possible within 14 days after the day the goods have been received. Product returns are not possible for special/custom products ordered for customer, products that were specially ordered from suppliers which are usually not in stock, products that are unsealed upon receipt. Customer has to pay shipping return costs. Product returns are possible only for customers within EU. Orders payed with PayPal will be refunded without PayPal Transaction fee that is non-refundable.

Faulty product return for online purchases:
Return of faulty and non operating products outside of Croatia is possible within 14 days from the day of package has been received. For more info about returns please contact info@mk-led.hr.

All products will be send with maximum protection so that they arrive to customers without any damages. EURODIS is here to transport products in safest possible way!

Customer account:
Registered customers are responsible for their accounts on this site, user name & password should be kept safely and should not be passed to other users.
