Some vehicles report a malfunction in the exterior lighting when LED lamps are used. With the new OSRAM LEDriving Smart Canbus LEDSCT10, potential error messages in the on-board system are avoided. These error messages can occur when converting to LED lamps as these have a lower current consumption than e.g. halogen lamps and thus activate the vehicle’s existing error detection mechanism.
The OSRAM LEDriving Smart Canbus LEDSCT10 is suitable for 24V H7-LED lamps for high- and low beam. It is characterized by a high-quality aluminum housing with a black anodized surface and has also been tested for extreme external influences in terms of water, dust, heat, cold and vibration and validated with IP protection class IP54. In addition, OSRAM offers a three-year OSRAM guarantee²⁾ on all accessories in the LEDriving series.
